Refund policy

Return Policy for U.S. Orders

FIBOCA offers a 30-day unconditional return policy. Within 30 days of your purchase, you can return your product for an exchange or refund. If you purchased a bundle or set and wish to return a specific item from it, please contact us directly at support@fibocabeauty.com. 

To qualify for a return, the product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels, so you are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, such as gift cards, hair care products, accessories, complimentary items, and final sale items. 


How to Return: 

1. Contact us at support@fibocabeauty.com to request an exchange, a Refund Voucher for use in the FIBOCA shop, or a refund to your original payment method. 

2. Wait for a confirmation from our customer care team. 

3. Pack your items carefully in their original packaging. 

4. If you’re reusing the same shipping box, place the new shipping label over the old one; otherwise, use a new shipping box. 

5. Send the return items to the address provided by our customer care team. 


For defective items exceeding the 30-day return period, the warranty policy applies. Please refer to the warranty card included in your package.

 

Return Policy for International Orders

For international returns, please contact us at support@fibocabeauty.To qualify for a return, products must be in their original packaging and remain in good, unused condition. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders, so you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, as it was paid to the carrier for delivery.

 

Refunds

To ensure a swift refund process, include your name and order number in the return package. Additionally, please email the return tracking code to support@fibocabeauty once the item is shipped. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

 

Shipping

Please note that only products in good working condition are eligible for return or exchange. If you receive a faulty device, please submit a brief video as proof to initiate a refund or replacement claim. Once our technicians confirm the device is defective, you won’t need to return it, and we’ll process your refund or replacement. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable, as it was paid to the courier for delivery. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location. If you are shipping items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
