FIBOCA provides a trackable shipping service for all purchases. We offer free standard shipping within the United States territory for all orders worth $69.99 and above.

We also offer free standard shipping to selected European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands, for all orders worth €79.99 and above.

Shipping Timeframe

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Processing time: 2–3 business days. After processing, a tracking number will be provided.

U.S. Orders:
Shipping time: 3–7 business days
Estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 5–10 business days

European Orders (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands):
Shipping time: 5–11 business days
Estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 7–14 business days

International Orders:
Shipping time: 10–20 business days

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via our international courier service partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

All international delivery costs are calculated based on the number of products and the weight of your order.
Please note: For orders shipped outside the U.S., duty charges may be applied.

When a U.S. customer attempts to purchase two items with different delivery zones (e.g., U.S. only and international products), the shipping fee will be double charged (for U.S. orders after a discount below $69.99).
